How do I book?

When is the best time to fish?
Peacock bass fish well year-round on Gatun Lake. The dry season (roughly December to April) offers the most stable conditions and clearest water. The wet season (May to November) brings rising lake levels and fresh structure, the fishing stays good, you just need rain gear.
Do I need to bring my own tackle?
No, we provide everything: rods, reels, lures, jigs, and live bait, top-tier gear for every species we target. If you'd rather fish your own rod, you're welcome to bring it. Otherwise just bring a hat, polarized sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera.
What if it rains?
We fish in rain. Often the bite gets better. We only cancel for lightning or unsafe conditions. If we have to cancel from our end, you get a full refund or a reschedule.
How do I get to the lodge?
Fly into Panama City (PTY). We arrange ground transfers, about an hour and a half to the lodge depending on traffic. Most guests fly in the day before fishing.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes. Message us with your group size and dates and we'll put a plan together for you.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 5 days out. After that, we work with you on rescheduling or a partial refund depending on circumstances. We're reasonable.
