PanalakeSportfishing is a family-run peacock bass fishing charter and lakefront lodge on Gatun Lake, Panama. This page explains how we handle your information when you visit this website or contact us to book a trip. It is written in plain language on purpose.

No tracking on this website

This site does not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising trackers, or any third-party tracking scripts. We do not build profiles on visitors or follow you around the web. The site uses only what your browser needs to load pages, and no marketing or analytics cookies.

Information you send us

When you message us to ask a question or book a trip, we receive only what you choose to share: your name, the dates you want, your party size, and how to reach you. We use that information to answer you, plan your trip, and coordinate your stay or transport. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone who is not part of running your trip.

How we talk to you

Most bookings happen over WhatsApp. When you message us there, your message is also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms. The same is true if you reach us through a third-party platform such as FishingBooker or Google. Those companies have their own privacy policies, which apply to anything you do on their services.

Keeping and removing your information

We keep booking details only as long as we need them to run your trip and handle normal follow-up, then we let them go. We do our best to keep what you share with us private and secure. If you want to know what we hold, or you want it removed, send a WhatsApp message to +507 6366 0618 and we will take care of it.
